Crawford University (CRU) was established in 2005 by the Apostolic Faith Church as a private Christian institution and located at Igbesa [Faith City] off Atan-Lusada-Agbara Road, Ogun State, Nigeria. Its name reflects the Founder of the Apostolic Faith, Rev Florence Crawford. The institution has total enrolment of about 2000 spread across three Colleges. The college of Business and Social Sciences hosts 10 programs, while the College of Natural and applied Sciences and College of Arts and Communications have two (2) and seven (7) programs respectively. In addition, the University runs Masters and Doctorate Degrees in Economics, Business Administration, Industrial and labour Relations, Accounting, Political Science, Computer Science, ICT, Geology and Mineral Science. It also runs MBA with specializations in Marketing Management, Operations Management, International Business, Human Resources Management as well as Accounting and Finance. According to EduRank.org, 2023, Crawford University ranks 84th out of 157 Universities in Nigeria, 447th out of 1104 Universities in Africa and 9589th out of 14,131 global Universities. EduRank.org is an independent metric-based ranking of 14,131 universities from 183 countries. All programs at Crawford University are fully accredited by Nigerian Universities Commission (NUC).
