Professor Amos Olutunde Abisoye is an alumnus of University of Ibadan, Nigeria. He studied Sociology with special interest in Political Sociology/Development and currently the Dean of College of Business and Social Sciences, Crawford University, Igbesa, Ogun State, Nigeria.
In recognition of his remarkable contributions towards the advancement of humanity, he was honoured Distinguished Faculty Ambassador by the Faculty of Social Sciences Students Association (FSSSA) of University of Ibadan in July, 2001. He is on the Editorial Board of Crawford Journal of Business and Social Sciences. His passion for National Development and Diaspora Studies is quite outstanding.
He has several well researched and published articles to his credit. A member of the Nigeria Anthropological and Sociological Practitioner Association (NASA); International Sociology Association (ISA) Research Group 22 among other prestigious professional bodies.
Since he joined the service of Crawford University in 2009, he had served in a number of administrative positions in addition to his core responsibility of being a lecturer. Such administrative responsibilities include but not limited to:
